How do I register for a course?

To register for a course, please click the ‘Enroll now’ button that can be found on each course page or in the top header of the site. Just submit the required information. Alternatively, feel free to Request a Free Consultation.

Do you have a referral program and/or group pricing?

We do! Please contact us to get the full details on discounts and referrals.

What payment methods do you accept?

Training costs must be paid in advance of the course start date. We are Stripe enabled so payment can be made on the registration page. Fill out the "register for/inquire about our courses" form and follow the prompts. Alternate methods are by invoice, phone, check (send to P.O. Box 3573 Annapolis, MD 21403) or wire transfer. We accept all major credit cards, GPCs and wire transfers (WAWF). You will be sent a receipt once funds have been received. If you are looking to bundle courses or group pricing, please contact us via email or phone.

Can you provide Web-based training?

Depending on the course, Center for Cyber Security Training does provide Web-based training to meet client needs. Kindly contact us to discuss your training needs.

What is the minimum number of students required to run a dedicated/private class?

In order to run a course, a minimum of twelve students must be registered. In the event a course is cancelled, we will contact you at least one week prior, refund your fee and reschedule your training.

Do I need to bring my own computer?

Facility furnished computers are provided however many students bring their own.

Am I required to purchase course materials?

No, all materials are included in the course cost.

Can you assist with booking accommodations?

Yes, we are happy to help you book accommodations with our hotel partners at a discounted rate or you are free to book your own.

What qualifications do your instructors have?

All of our instructors are carefully selected for their subject matter expertise, experience and qualifications. Center for Cyber Security Training prides itself in the quality of its instructors. They are the best the industry has to offer.

What screening processes are in place for students?

Center for Cyber Security Training vets each student before accepting his or her registration. Some courses require background checks and non-disclosure agreements. Contact us for more information on student screening.

What happens in the event I have to cancel my course registration?

We require cancellation notice at least 30 days prior to the course start date for a full refund. For cancellation 15-30 days prior to the course start date, half of the training cost will be refunded. For cancellation 1-14 days prior to the course start date, no refunds will be issued. You are welcome to reschedule your training subject to availability and any applicable refund can be applied to future training.

Do you provide custom training or additional courses that are not listed on your website?

Yes, Center for Cyber Security Training can customize training to your needs. We also have a form that can be filled for course suggestions found here. Kindly contact us to discuss your training needs.
